🕒 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

Item must be in original condition — unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

💌 How to Start a Return

Email us: hello@ataraxiaattire.com with your order number and return reason.
If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
⚠️ Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:

Personal care products (e.g. skincare, soap, supplements)
Opened or used items
Gift cards, sale items, or digital products
Custom or made-to-order items
Perishables (e.g. food or herbs)

Need something else?
The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason.
Returns must meet the same condition criteria above.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Processing time by your bank may vary.)
